Elegant rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing value. Spacious private bathroom. Wonderful location, within short walking distance to everywhere.

The service provided there was excellent! The room we had included a laptop-compatible safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge bar. The venue was in a central location near the center by a lot of attractions, and bars and restaurants.

The hotel is fully equipped and fairly clean. The staff is super friendly. The room is new-fashioned and spotless, with a comfortable bed. The location is great and awesome, not very far from Nascar Hall of Fame. It is adjacent to many restaurants, bars, and the center.

The location here is perfect, very close to Epicenter, and the room we stayed in was spacious, brand new, located on a higher floor with wake-up service included.

The staff here were super professional and always around when I needed them. 😊 The room was a good size and it felt brand new. It came with a private bathroom, as well as a microwave and coffee/tea makers for a quick pick-me-up.

Loved the room with comfortable bed, my bed was comfortable. This hotel was located in a central area just next door to the nightlife at the Epicenter and various shops, restaurants. Lucky that it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Moe's Southwest Grill, offering food to go.

The location of the hotel was the best - at a moderate distance from a science museum. Moreover, the venue was opposite a bus stop. I got a nice size room with a beautiful view and comfortable bed, for instance as advertised.

I've been to this hotel several times now and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. They made me feel like a valued guest by remembering me from previous visits, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is perfect if you want to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Uptown Charlotte. It's right in the middle of all the action, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities and the rooms are well-maintained and organized. I was also impressed with the breakfast options available.

Noise from the surrounding area could be a concern for light sleepers.
